Cancellation Policy
Life happens — we get it. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment:
The first time, it’s a gentle heads-up — no penalty.
After that, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book. This deposit will be forfeited if another late cancellation occurs.
